摘  要:对催化裂化装置开工初期出现回炼油泵抽空的原因进行了分析,并采取了相应的改造措施。结果表明:造成回炼油泵抽空的主要原因为循环系统水质量分数高,回炼油系统组分变轻及回炼油罐温度低。通过采取增加1路下返塔—补油线跨线,对进料前的分馏循环实施闭路循环,并利用蒸汽对汽包内的循环原料进行逆流式加热的改造措施,解决了回炼油泵抽空的问题,使第2中段循环与内回流快速建立,稳定塔热源充足,分馏塔液面平稳。The reasons of the recycle oil pump evacuation in the initial stage of fluid catalytic cracking unit′s start-up were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The results showed that the main causes of the pump evacuation were the high mass fraction of water in circulating system,the composition lightening of the recycle system and the low temperature of in the recycle tank.By taking coutermeasures of adding a across line connecting lower tower recycle line and oil supplemental line to carry out the closed circuit fractionation cycle before feeding,and using steam to reheat the circulating raw material in the drum,the problem of pump evacuation in the process of start-up were solved,the second middle section circulation and inner reflux were established quickly,the heat source of stabilizing tower was sufficient,and the liquid level of fractionating tower was stable.
