乙烯裂解炉清焦罐系统存在问题及对策

摘　　要：对中国石化武汉石化公司乙烯裂解炉清焦罐系统烧焦烟气颗粒物超标的问题进行了分析,并采取了相应的改造措施。结果表明:通过采取将清焦罐系统由干式旋风分离改为烟气饱和湿式旋风分离,地面清焦池改造为地下井池,增设减温水注入设施与集焦器冲洗水管线等改造措施后,清焦罐系统烧焦烟气排放符合环保要求。The problem of the coke cleaning tank system flue gas particles exceeding standard in ethylene cracking furnace in Wuhan Petrochemical Company,SINOPEC,was analyzed and corresponding improvement measures were taken.The results showed that the coke tank system could meet the requirements of environmental protection by changing the dry cyclone separation system to saturated wet cyclone separation system,modifying the ground coke tank into the underground well tank,adding the water injection facility and the coke collector to wash the water pipeline.
