摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,基于传播学等视角,研究新时代民族传统体育文化的内涵定位、价值取向和发展策略。民族传统体育文化的内涵定位:器物文化层是根基、制度文化层是规范、精神文化层是灵魂。价值取向:以民族传统体育文化软实力构筑我国文化发展环境;以创新性思维助力新时代传统文化转型发展;以民族传统体育文化认同助推文化自觉意识的形成。提出发展策略:凝铸民族传统体育文化的主体回归,根固其发展的不竭动力;扎根群众需求是推动民族传统体育文化可持续发展的根本途径;发挥项目优势,打造民族传统体育文化旅游品牌;建构民族传统体育特色小镇,保护民族传统体育文化地方特色;深度融合新时代媒介,增强民族传统体育文化的国内外传播。From communicative perspective,this paper studied the connotation,value orientation and development strategies of traditional sports culture in the new era by using the method of literature review.It is the connotation orientation of traditional sports culture that utensil culture is the foundation,institutional culture is the norm,and spiritual culture is the soul.The value orientation is to build Chinese cultural development environment with the soft power of traditional sports culture,to help the transformation and development of traditional culture in the new era with innovative thinking,and to boost the formation of cultural consciousness with traditional sports culture identification.Development strategies:We should concentrate on the return of the main body of traditional sports culture to lay the inexhaustible power for its development,take root in the needs of the masses as the fundamental way to promote the sustainable development of Chinese traditional sports culture,give full play to the advantages of the project to create Chinese traditional sports culture tourism brand,and construct a town with Chinese traditional sports characteristics to protect the local characteristics of Chinese traditional sports culture,and deeply integrate with the media of the new era to enhance the dissemination of Chinese traditional sports culture at home and abroad.
