摘  要:文章对重型车辆线束中经常使用的单根线缆、双绞线、屏蔽双绞线、同轴线进行串扰和抗扰性仿真。通过仿真分析可以得出非屏蔽线束(如双绞线、单根线)受串扰影响大于屏蔽线束(如屏蔽双绞线、同轴线);屏蔽线束(如屏蔽双绞线、同轴线)抗干扰性优于非屏蔽线束(如双绞线、单根线)。在仪表和整车上采用CAN屏蔽双绞线进行测试验证,证明了仿真理论的正确性。通过对车辆线束的电磁仿真证明了仿真在产品设计中的重要作用,同时为新产品电磁兼容设计提供了理论依据。This article simulates the crosstalk and immunity of single cable,twisted pair,shielded twisted pair and coaxial line which are often used in heavy vehicle harness.Through simulation analysis,it can be concluded that the influence of crosstalk on unshielded wire harness(such as twisted pair and single wire)is serious than that of shielded wire harness(such as shielded twisted pair and coaxial line);the anti-interference performance of shielded wire harness(such as shielded twisted pair and coaxial line)is better than that of unshielded harness(such as twisted pair and single wire).The correctness of the simulation theory is proved by using can shielded twisted pair in instrument and vehicle.Through the electromagnetic simulation of vehicle harness,the important role of simulation in product design is proved,and the theoretical basis for EMC design of new products is provided.
