客车内饰材料测试标准差异分析比较

摘　　要：虽然交通工具的种类不断增加,但是我国乘坐客车的人员仍然数量巨大,与此同时我国也是客车的生产以及出口大国,保证客车在使用过程中的安全具有重大的现实意义。内饰材料优良的阻燃性能够保证客车在使用过程中有更高的安全系数,客车上发生火灾时,也可以减少对乘员的损伤并为乘员提供足够的逃生时间。近年,为了提高客车内饰材料的阻燃性能,两个针对客车内饰材料的标准陆续推出。文章首先对上述标准测试方法进行简单地介绍,接着对测试方法和指标要求的差异进行解析,为相关从业人员理解标准差异提供帮助。最后对标准的不足方面提出了建议。Although the types of transportation are constantly increasing,the number of people taking coaches in China is still huge.At the same time,China is also a major producer and exporter of coaches.It is of great practical significance to ensure the safety of coaches during using.Excellent flame retardancy of interior materials can ensure that coaches have a higher safety factor during using.After a fire occurs in a coach,it can also reduce the damage to the occupants and provide enough time for the occupants to escape.In recent years,in order to improve the flame retardant performance of interior materials,two standards have been introduced in succession.This article first briefly introduces the test methods in the two standards,and then analyzes the differences between test methods and index requirements,which helps relevant practitioners understand the differences in standards.Finally,some suggestions are made on the shortcomings of the standard.
