摘 要:文章提出了一种利用机车车顶散热的新型散热方式,与传统冷却塔相比,散热效率高、体积小、重量轻、无噪声,更加节能、环保;然后介绍了车顶散热装置对流换热系数计算方法,简化散热器模型并进行数值模拟,获得散热性能随行驶速度变化曲线,最后进行风洞试验,将试验结果同仿真结果进行比较,分析误差来源和方案的可行性。In this paper,a new heat dissipation method using locomotive roof is proposed.compared with the traditional cooling tower,it has the advantages of high heat dissipation efficiency,small size,light weight,no noise,more energy saving and environmental protection.Then the calculation method of the convective heat transfer coefficient of the roof heat dissipation device is introduced,the radiator model is simplified and the numerical simulation is carried out,and the curve of the heat dissipation performance varying with the driving speed is obtained.Finally,the wind tunnel test is carried out.The experimental results are compared with the simulation results to analyze the source of error and the feasibility of the scheme.
