气液两相引射器流场分布与液滴分布的仿真研究

摘  要:随着人们环保意识的不断加强,有害气体的处理设备受到广泛关注,但目前较多有害气体缺乏经济有效的净化方法。因此,高效、低能耗地处理有害气体的设备有利于节能减排与环境保护。文章利用数值仿真软件对一种可用于净化气体的气液两相引射器开展流场分布与液滴分布研究。数值结果发现该气液两相引射器能大幅降低排放气体中有害气体的含量。基于此,文章探究了不同叶片偏转角对净化效果的影响。结果表明随着叶片偏转角度增加,引射量减小但气流起旋效果更佳。With the people’s increasing awareness of environmental protection,more and more attention has been paid to the treatment equipment of harmful gases,but at present,many harmful gases are lack of economical and effective purification methods.Therefore,the equipment with high efficiency and low energy consumption to deal with harmful gases can be beneficial to energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection.In this paper,the numerical simulation software is used to study the flow field distribution and droplet distribution of a gas-liquid two-phase injection which can be used to purify gas.The numerical results show that the gas-liquid two-phase ejector can greatly reduce the content of harmful gas in the exhaust gas.Based on this,the influence of different blade deflection angle on the purification effect is studied in this paper.The results show that with the increase of blade deflection angle,the amount of injection decreases,but the effect of airflow rotation is better.
