摘　　要：以汽车尾灯面罩三色模为例,通过Moldflow对其注射成型过程进行模拟,得到了最佳的进浇位置、注射成型工序和浇注系统。经试模验证,基于Moldflow的汽车尾灯面罩三色模浇注系统设计合理,可满足设计和生产要求。Taking the three-color mold of automobile taillight mask as an example,the injection molding process was simulated by Moldflow,and the best pouring position,injection molding process and gating system were obtained.The mold test shows that the design of the three-color mold gating system of automobile taillight mask based on Moldflow is reasonable and can meet the requirements of design and production.
