摘　　要：文章在数据分析及广泛调研的基础上,深入分析了湖北省科技管理专家库的现状及存在的问题,有针对性地提出了湖北省科技管理专家库的构建思路及优化举措。On the basis of data analysis and extensive investigation,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the expert database of science and technology management in Hubei Province,and puts forward the construction ideas and optimization measures of the expert database of science and technology management in Hubei Province.
