摘　　要：1891年,文会馆在上海美华书馆刊印的办学章程《文会馆典章》,乃是其制度化改革的成果。《文会馆典章》呈现出中西之学并重的教学特色,彰显出注重调节学校内部关系的管理指向,具备了大学章程的基本要素。在中国近代高等教育发展史上,它开创了先办学再立规章的章程设计模式,践行了中西知识“平衡发展”的路向,并肩负起了近代中国大学所应承担的国家责任,从而具有独特的时代意义和制度建设价值。In 1891,Tengchow College published its running charter,Catalogue of Tengchow College,by the American Presbyterian Mission Press,which was the result of institutionalized reform of the university.The Catalogue of Tengchow College presents the teaching characteristics of both Chinese and Western learning,highlights the management direction of regulating the internal relations of the University,and has the basic elements of the university statute.In the history of the development of modern higher education in China,it has constructed the design mode of running a university first and then establishing regulations,practiced the“balanced development”way in dealing with the relationship between Chinese and Western knowledge,and shouldered the national responsibility of modern universities side by side,thus having a unique significance of the times and the value of system construction.
