摘  要:目前江汉油区的很多油水井都存在严重的套管损坏现象,使得油田产量下降,直接导致油水井报废。常用的多种套损井治理技术中,小套管固井是将小于油套一个尺寸等级的套管下入油套内,实施水泥浆固井,从而形成一个全新的井筒结构,达到修复套损井的目的。通过对小套管固井技术的工具、工艺改进等,小套管固井技术在江汉油区治理套损井的过程中,取得了良好的效果。At present,there are serious casing failures in many oil and water wells in Jianghan area,which leads to the decline of oilfield production and directly to the abandonment of oil and water wells.Among the commonly-used control techniques for casing failure wells,small casing cementing is to put the casing less than one-size grade of tubing in between the casing and tubing to implement cementing,so as to form a new wellbore structure and achieve the purpose of repairing the casing failure wells.Through improving the tools and small casing cementing technology,it has achieved good results in the control of casing failure wells in Jianghan area.
