摘  要:为了厘清页岩气井定面定向射孔对水力压裂井套管的影响,结合水力压裂射孔工艺优化、射孔弹对压裂效果的影响等基础研究,建立定面定向射孔对套管强度影响的3D有限元数值分析模型,探究三种射孔方式对P110套管安全的影响规律。研究显示,不同方式的定向射孔对套管强度的影响程度不同,但不影响套管生产应用;射孔孔径是对套管强度影响最大的参数。通过定量分析射孔对页岩气水力压裂井套管损坏的影响机理,以期为有效评估套损程度和制定套损对策提供理论参考。In order to define the impact of the fixed-face and oriented perforating on the casing of a hydraulic fracturing well, its 3D finite element numerical analysis model is established by combining optimized hydraulic fracturing perforating technology, the influence of the charge on the fracturing effect and so on, to explore the impact of three types of perforating on P110 casing integrity. The research shows that different oriented perforations have different effects on casing strength, but they do not affect casing usage. Perforation diameter is the most important parameter that affects casing strength. By quantitatively analyzing the impact mechanism of perforation on casing failure of the shale gas hydraulic fracturing wells, it is expected to provide theoretical reference for the effective evaluation of casing failure and related countermeasures.
