摘　　要：国家的发展需要科技创新的支撑,科技创新需要金融资本的助力,科技和金融的结合有着巨大的外在需求和内生动力。而政府在促进科技金融结合中起着积极作用。青岛市在科技金融工作中努力作为,取得了一定成效,但也暴露出自身问题和不足之处,本文积极总结经验并提出相应建议,既可以推动青岛市科技金融工作迈向更高层次,也可以为其他城市提供参考价值。The development of a country needs the support of science and technology innovation.The innovation of science and technology needs the help of financial capital.The combination of science and technology and finance has a huge external demand and endogenous power.The government plays an active role in promoting the integration of science,technology and finance.Qingdao has made great efforts to develop its fintech industry and has made certain achievements,but some problems and limitations have also be exposed.If we can actively draw lessons from mistakes and propose suggestions to make progress,we can not only push the work of science and technology finance in Qingdao to a higher level,but also provide reference value for other cities.
