摘　　要：目的探讨切口联合保留耳大神经对腮腺极良性肿瘤患者远期疗效及美观性的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年3月古田县医院收治的60例腮腺极良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组30例,给予传统的S形切口治疗;研究组30例,给予切口联合保留耳大神经治疗。观察2组患者临床疗效、切口美容评分、手术相关指标及并发症发生率。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);通过对患者1,2,3个月的走访,研究组患者对切口美容评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论切口联合保留耳大神经对腮腺极良性肿瘤患者的远期疗效显著,能够减少并发症,改善美观度,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the long-term curative effect and aesthetic effect of incision combined with great auricular nerve preservation on patients with extremely benign parotid tumors.Methods From May 2018 to March 2020,60 patients with extremely benign parotid tumors in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group 30 cases were given traditional S-shaped incision treatment;the study group 30 For example,an incision combined with preservation of the greater auricular nerve treatment was given.Observe the clinical efficacy,incision cosmetic score,operation-related indicators and the incidence of complications in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Through the visits to patients for 1,2,and 3 months,patients in the study group were The score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay in the study group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The study group’s complications were 3.3%lower than the control group’s 26.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of incision and preservation of the greater auricular nerve has a significant long-term effect on patients with extremely benign parotid gland tumors.It can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve aesthetics,and is safe and reliable.It is worthy of widespread clinical application and application.
