摘 要:针对氮化硅陶瓷轴承粉粒混合不均、分散性差、颗粒成形不规律的问题,提出利用CFD-DEM耦合的数值分析方法构建欧拉-欧拉气-固两相流模型分析气体与粉体的相互作用。采用RNG k-ε模型模拟耦合场制粒室内的湍流状态,探索多维度组合结构对耦合场制粒工艺过程流场的影响。结果表明:当底结构长度为35 mm时,多维度组合结构更有利于粉粒的轴向运动,堆积现象有所减弱,有效改善了打旋现象,制备的氮化硅陶瓷轴承粉粒混合效果更好。所得结论对氮化硅陶瓷轴承粉粒气-固两相流旋转耦合场制粒方法具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at an issue of uneven mixing, poor dispersion and irregular particle forming of silicon nitride ceramic bearing powder, based on CFD-DEM coupling method, Euler Euler gas-solid two-phase flow model was established to analyze the interaction between gas and powder. RNG k-ε model was used to simulate the turbulent state in the coupled field granulation chamber. The influence of multi-dimensional combined structure on the flow field in the coupled field granulation process have been explored. The results show that when the length of the bottom structure is 35 mm, the multi-dimensional composite structure is more conducive to the axial movement of the powder particles, the stacking phenomenon is weakened, the swirling phenomenon is effectively improved, and the powder mixing effect of the prepared silicon nitride ceramic bearing is better. The conclusion has a certain guiding significance of gas-solid two-phase flow rotating coupling field granulation method of silicon nitride ceramic bearing powder.
