摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是以促进高校培养出适应社会经济发展需要的高级专门人才为目标的重大改革项目。该文以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中含"卓越工程师"等相关主题词的5429篇期刊论文为数据源,并导出全部关键词。通过Bib Excel软件生成高频关键词的共词矩阵,再通过UCINET和Net Draw软件生成共词网络找出关键词之间的联系。利用SPSS软件进行聚类分析,将相关研究分为5大类,探讨卓越工程师教育培养计划研究的热点问题并客观评价其研究概况,以期为"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的后续实施及高校人才的培养和发展提供参考及方向。The"Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"(PETOE)is a major reform project aimed at promoting colleges and universities to train senior specialized talents to meet the needs of social and economic development.In this paper,5429 journal papers containing"excellent engineer"and other related keywords from China Journal Full-Text Database(CNKI)were used as data sources,and all keywords were derived.The common word matrix of high frequency keywords was generated by BibExcel software,and then the common word network was generated by UCINET and NetDraw software to find out the relationship between the keywords.Using SPSS software to conduct cluster analysis,the related research is divided into five categories,the hot issues of excellent engineer education and training plan research and objective evaluation of their research situation,in order to provide reference and direction for the follow-up implementation of the"Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"and the cultivation and development of university talents.
