摘　　要：临床实习是临床医学本科生学习的重要阶段。南华大学附属第一医院胃肠外科应用以转化医学为基础,糅合PBL/CBL教学、医工结合、多学科协作等概念的新型复合型教学模式,以问题导向和案例学习的形式开展胃肠道疾病临床实践教学,让学生掌握疾病的临床表现和诊治方法。同时,应用"转化医学+医工结合+多学科协作"的理念,将疾病的发病机制与外科相关基础科研与工程技术学成果的应用整合起来,培养具有"转化医学+"理念的人才。Clinical practice is an important stage of learning for undergraduate clinical medicine students.The Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of our hospital applies a new compound teaching model based on translational medicine,combining such concepts as PBL/CBL teaching,medical-engineering integration,and multidisciplinary collaboration.We carry out clinical practice teaching of gastrointestinal diseases in the form of problem-oriented and case-based learning,so that students can master the clinical manifestations,and diagnosis and treatment of diseases.At the same time,we apply the concept of"translational medicine+medical-engineering integration+multidisciplinary collaboration"to integrate the pathogenesis of diseases with the application of basic scientific research and engineering achievements related to surgery,in order to cultivate talents with the concept of"translational medicine+".
