摘 要:内燃机是船舶重要动力设备,其工作环境较恶劣,易出现故障,若维修管理不到位,则造成巨大经济损失与环境污染。据此,以船舶内燃机监测诊断的常用方法分析为切入点,介绍了基于现场总线技术、信息关联处理的船舶内燃机远程状态监测与故障诊断系统,并探讨不同层次信息联系的实现方法,以期为做好船舶内燃机远程状态监测与故障诊断工作奠定基础。The internal combustion engine is an important power equipment for ships,and its working environment is harsh and easy to malfunction.If the maintenance and management are not in place,it will cause huge economic losses and environmental pollution.Based on this,taking the analysis of common methods of monitoring and diagnosis of marine internal combustion engines as the starting point,this paper introduces the remote state monitoring and fault diagnosis system of marine internal combustion engines based on fieldbus technology and information related processing,and discusses the realization methods of different levels of information connection,in order to do a good job in marine internal combustion engines.Lay the foundation for remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
