摘 要:通过动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,研究了耐候指数对热轧耐候钢电化学行为的影响。结果表明:在3.5%NaCl溶液中,六种耐候钢未因腐蚀产物的生成而形成多层膜结构,总体上耐候钢的耐蚀性与耐候指数(I)呈正相关性。耐候指数在0.57-11.34之间时,耐候钢的腐蚀电位随耐候指数的增大而增大,并且符合关系式:Ecorr=2.34·10-4I2+0.007 9 I-0.685。The effects of weathering index on the electrochemical behavior of hot-rolled weathering steels were investigated by dynamic potential polarization curves and AC impedance spectrum. The results show that the six weathering steels did not form a multilayer film structure due to the formation of corrosion products in the 3.5% NaCl solution. The corrosion resistance was positively correlated with the weathering index(I). When the weathering index was between 0.57-11.34, the corrosion potential of the weathering steels increased with the increase of the weathering index, and in line with the relationship: Ecorr=2.34·10-4I2+0.007 9 I-0.685.
