摘 要:采用自制夹具在摆动轴承摩擦磨损试验台上开展了飞机起落架机构不同配副材料的腐蚀磨损试验,研究了在模拟海水环境中几种不同配副材料的腐蚀磨损行为,通过磨痕深度、磨痕形貌及腐蚀磨损形貌,对比分析了配副材料的耐腐蚀磨损性能。结果表明:表面镀硬铬30CrMnSiNi2A钢与表面钝化15-5PH不锈钢的组合,其试验件的整体配合间隙变化最小、磨损量最小,衬套与方块的腐蚀较轻微。Corrosion wear tests of different matching materials of aircraft landing gear were carried out on the oscillating bearing friction and wear test bench using self-made fixture. The corrosion wear behavior of several different matching materials in simulated seawater environment was studied. The corrosion wear resistance of the matching materials was analyzed by wear scar depth, wear scar morphology and corrosion wear morphology. The results show that the combination of hard chrome plated 30 CrMnSiNi2 A steel and passivated 15-5 PH stainless steel had the smallest change of overall matching clearance and the smallest wear amount of the test piece. The corrosion of the bushing and the block was slight.
