摘 要:论文以餐饮废油为原料,制备一种脂肪酸类捕收剂(以下称“JZQ-F7”),用于赤铁矿反浮选脱除石英研究,并与传统捕收剂油酸钠进行对比。浮选试验考察了矿浆浓度、矿浆温度、药剂用量及浮选时间因素对浮选指标的影响,通过电动电位分析、红外光谱分析、矿物的沉降行为分析和粒度分析揭示了JZQ-F7在石英表面的作用机理。浮选试验研究表明,当矿浆的浓度为50%、矿浆的温度为20~30℃时,在JZQ-F7作用下,铁精矿中铁品位达到67%,铁回收率为56%;电动电位和红外光谱研究表明,在pH为10~12范围内,JZQ-F7在石英表面吸附量最多,石英在活化剂CaO的作用下,与JZQ-F7发生了化学吸附;矿物的沉降行为和粒度分析表明,JZQ-F7的加入使得石英矿物颗粒增加,矿粒间出现疏水团聚。In this study,we prepared a fatty acid collector(abbreviated JZQ-F7)from hogwash oil,and analyzed its flotation characteristics and adsorption mechanism in separating quartz from hematite iron ore,and compared its performance with that of the traditional collector sodium oleate.The flotation performance of the JZQ-F7 was evaluated using a laboratory mechanical flotation cell under different process parameters,such as pulp concentration,pulp temperature,reagent dosage,and flotation time.Furthermore,the mechanism underlying the adsorption of JZQ-F7 on quartz and hematite surfaces is discussed,based on zeta potential analysis,infrared spectral analysis,the mineral settlement behavior test,and laser particle size analysis.The flotation results indicate that good flotation indexes,with a grade of iron concentrate of about 67%and a recovery rate of about 56%,can be achieved with a pulp temperature of 20~30℃and a pulp concentration of 50%.Furthermore,the zeta potential analysis indicated that the JZQ-F7 chemically adsorbed onto the surface of the quartz,and that the chemical interaction between JZQ-F7 and the quartz surface reached its maximum when the pH of the slurry was within the 10~12 range.In addition,the chemical interaction between JZQ-F7 and the quartz surface occurred only in the presence of the activator CaO.It can be inferred from the mineral settlement behavior test and laser particle size analysis that the hydrophobic reunion of quartz occurred in the presence of JZQ-F7.
