摘 要:试验研究2-羟基-4-甲硫基-丁酸异丙醇酯(HMBi)对奶牛血液生化指标、免疫及抗氧化指标的影响。选取年龄、胎次、体况和预产期相近围产前期奶牛40头,分为2组,每组20头。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,试验组奶牛饲喂基础日粮+30 g/d HMBi。试验期44 d。每组选择6头奶牛,在产前7 d和产后7 d采集血样,测定血液、免疫及氧化指标。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组奶牛血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著增加(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组血清免疫球蛋白-G (IgG)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)含量变化不显著,血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性有升高趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量有下降趋势。试验表明,围产期奶牛补充HMBi可以改善机体蛋白质代谢,增强抗氧化应激能力。The experiment studied the effect of 2-hydroxy-4-(methylthio) butyric acid isopropyl ester(HMBi) on blood biochemical, immune and anti-oxidant indexes of dairy cows. 40 perinatal dairy cows with similar age, parity, body condition and expected delivery period were selected and divided into two groups, with 20 cows in each group. The dairy cows in control group were fed with basic diet, and the dairy cows in test group were fed with basic diet+30 g/d HMBi.The experiment lasted for 44 d. Six cows in each group were selected, the blood samples were collected at 7 d before and7 d after delivery to determine blood, immune and oxidation indexes. The results showed that compared with the control group, the concent of total protein(TP) in test group was significantly increased(P<0.05), the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in plasma were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The plasma immunoglobulin G(IgG), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-2(IL-2) concent of the experimental group were no significant changes, the plasma activity of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were increased, while the plasma concent of malondialdehyde(MDA) was decreased(P>0.05). The expriment indicates that HMBi supplementation in perinatal dairy cows may improve protein metabolism and enhance the ability of anti oxidative stress.
