摘　　要：试验研究荆条对辽宁绒山羊的饲喂价值。试验分析荆条的常规营养成分,选用6只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、体重(42.35±2.69) kg的健康辽宁绒山羊作为试验动物,采用尼龙袋法测定荆条草粉干物质、粗蛋白、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维在瘤胃中72 h内的动态降解率,并计算降解参数及有效降解率。选用32只母羊平均体重(33.86±1.22) kg、公羊体重(52.45±2.53) kg的辽宁绒山羊作为试验动物,分为4组,每组4只母羊和4只公羊。分别饲喂无荆条日粮、5%荆条替代粗饲料、10%荆条替代粗饲料和15%荆条替代粗饲料日粮进行饲养试验,预试期15 d,正式试验期45 d,并进行1 w代谢试验。结果显示,开花期荆条营养物质含量较高,营养物质消化率较高,10%替代常规粗饲料饲喂辽宁绒山羊效果较好。试验表明,开花期荆条可开发作为绒山羊的优质粗饲料,应进一步研究其生长年限、刈割高度及加工调制方法。The experiment studied the feeding value of vitex on Liaoning cashmere goat. The nutritional components of vitex were analyzed, and six healthy goats with permanent rumen fistula and weight(42.35±2.69) kg were selected as experimental animals. The rumen degradation rate of DM, CP, CF, NDF and ADF was determined by using the nylon bag method and the degradation parameters were calculated. 32 Liaoning cashmere goats average ewe weight(33.86±1.22)kg,ram weight(52.45±2.53) kg were selected and divided into four groups, with four male and female sheep in each group.The feeding experiments were carried out with 5% wattle instead of roughage, 10% wattle instead of roughage and 15%wattle instead of roughage, the pre-test period was 15 d, the positive test period was 45 d, and 1 w of metabolic test. The results showed that the nutrient content of vitex was higher and the digestibility of nutrient was higher. The effect of 10%wattle instead of roughage feeding Liaoning cashmere goats was better. The experiment indicates that the high quality roughage of cashmere goats can be developed by flowering wattle, and its growth years, cutting height and processing modulation methods should be further studied.
