摘 要:试验研究常规青贮桑叶和尿素青贮桑叶中营养成分和生物活性物质含量。将饲料桑品种湖桑32号的风干桑叶分别调制为常规青贮和添加0.5%尿素青贮。发酵60 d后,测定营养成分和生物活性物质含量,评定青贮品质。结果显示:将桑叶调制为常规青贮或尿素青贮后,干物质中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分和钙含量均显著提高(P<0.05),常规青贮桑叶中的单宁含量显著降低(P<0.05),尿素青贮桑叶中总酚酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),常规青贮、尿素青贮处理均未影响总黄酮和生物碱含量(P>0.05)。与常规青贮桑叶相比,尿素青贮桑叶的pH值、乳酸含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,常规青贮、尿素青贮提高桑叶的营养价值,常规青贮处理降低单宁的含量,添加尿素可以改善桑叶青贮品质。The experiment studied the nutrient content and biologically active substances of ensiled mulberry leaves with or without urea. Air-dried leaves of fodder mulberry stain Husang 32 were ensiled with or without 0.5% urea. After 60 d of fermentation, the content of nutrients and biologically active substances were detected to evaluate the silage quality. The results showed that the content of crude protein, ether extract, crude ash and Ca was increased in ensiled mulberry leaves with or without urea(P<0.05). The tannin content of ensiled mulberry leaves without urea was decreased(P<0.05), the phenolic acid content of ensiled mulberry leaves with urea was increased(P<0.05). The content of flavonoids and alkaloids was unaffected by either ensiling treatment(P>0.05). The pH value and the content of lactic acid in mulberry leave silage were increased by added urea(P<0.05). The study indicates that nutritional content is improved by ensiling mulberry leaves with or without urea, and ensiling without urea decreases the content of tannin. Ensiling mulberry leaves with urea can improve the silage quality.
