摘  要:目的:探讨和分析基层医院急诊超声诊断钝性腹部创伤的临床应用。方法:选取广州市番禺区新造医院2020年1月—2021年1月经超声诊断并治疗的钝性腹部创伤患者15例,对这些患者的临床资料进行分析,重点对患者的治疗前超声诊断和手术或保守治疗结果进行分析。结果:通过整理分析患者的临床资料,结果为超声检查诊断出血准确率为100%,出血位置与临床诊断符合率为86.7%,对各个出血脏器的诊断情况都有较高的诊断符合率,特别是对单一实质性脏器的损伤诊断符合率达100%,对空腔脏器的损伤和复合型脏器损伤诊断符合率有待观察总结提升。结论:急诊超声在基层医院对于诊断钝性腹部创伤有非常大的临床应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of blunt abdominal trauma in primary hospital.Methods 15 patients with blunt abdominal trauma diagnosed and treated by ultrasound in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,and the clinical data of these patients were analyzed,focusing on the data analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis before treatment and surgical or conservative treatment results.Results Through the analysis of the clinical data of patients,the results showed that the accuracy rate of ultrasound in the diagnosis of bleeding was 100%,the coincidence rate of bleeding location and clinical diagnosis was 86.7%,and there was a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of various bleeding organs,especially in the diagnosis of single solid organ injury,the coincidence rate of cavity organ injury and compound organ injury was 100%The rate needs to be improved.Conclusion Emergency ultrasound has great clinical value in the diagnosis of blunt abdominal trauma in primary hospitals.
