养殖肥液施用方式配合NBPT-DCD对土壤N_(2)O的减排效应

摘  要:为探究不同养殖肥液施用方式(漫灌和覆土)配合脲酶-硝化抑制剂组合(N-丁基硫代磷酰三胺NBPT+双氰胺DCD)对土壤N_(2)O排放的影响。通过室内培养试验,设置不施氮(CK)、漫灌施用(S)、覆土施用(D)、漫灌施用+NBPT-DCD组合(S+UI+NI)、覆土施用+NBPT-DCD组合(D+UI+NI)共5个处理。结果表明:养殖肥液施用方式显著影响土壤N_(2)O排放。肥液漫灌明显促进了土壤N_(2)O排放,其累积排放量最高达2420.39μg/m^(2);肥液覆土施用显著降低土壤N_(2)O排放峰值,并延迟出峰时间,其N_(2)O累积排放量与漫灌施用相比减少21.94%~72.90%。添加NBPT-DCD有利于降低土壤N_(2)O排放,其中D+UI+NI处理的土壤N_(2)O累积排放量较D处理减少5.96%~33.80%,表观硝化率在各施肥处理中最低仅40.65%。因此,覆土施肥可以有效减少养殖肥液漫灌造成的土壤N_(2)O排放,配合NBPT-DCD施用后N_(2)O减排效果更佳。The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different fertilization methods(flood irrigation and soil covering)combined with urease-nitrification inhibitor[N-(n-Butyl)thiophosphoric triamide NBPT]and nitrification inhibitor(dicyandiamide DCD)on soil N_(2)O emission.In the indoor culture experiment,five treatments were set up,including no nitrogen application(CK),flood irrigation application(S),soil covering application(D),flood irrigation application+NBPT-DCD combination(S+UI+NI),and soil covering application+NBPTDCD combination(D+UI+NI).The results showed that the application methods of anaerobically digested pig slurry significantly affected the N_(2)O emission from soil.The flood irrigation of anaerobically digested pig slurry obviously promoted the emission of soil N_(2)O,and its cumulative emission was higher than that of other treatments,reaching 2420.39μg/m^(2).The soil covering significantly reduced the peak value of N_(2)O emission and delayed the peak time.Compared with the flood irrigation treatments,the cumulative emission of N_(2)O decreased by 21.94% to 72.90%.Adding NBPT-DCD was beneficial to reduce soil N_(2)O emission,and the cumulative N_(2)O emission of D+UI+NI treatment was 5.96% to 33.80% lower than that of D treatment.The lowest apparent nitrification rate was only 40.65% in all fertilization treatments.Therefore,soil-covered fertilization can effectively reduce the N_(2)O emission from soil caused by flooding of anaerobically digested pig slurry,and the effect of N_(2)O emission reduction is better when combined with NBPT-DCD application.
