温肾活血汤改善PCOS合并不孕患者子宫内膜容受性的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨温肾活血汤改善PCOS合并不孕患者子宫内膜容受性的有效性。方法选取湘潭市妇幼保健院和湖南妇女儿童医院2018年10月至2020年8月收治的PCOS合并不孕患者110例,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各55例。对照组患者应用克罗米芬治疗,研究组患者应用克罗米芬联合温肾活血汤治疗,通过超声检查了解两组患子宫内膜厚度、形态、血流来观察子宫内膜对胚胎接受的能力,统计两组患者的妊娠率和周期妊娠率。结果研究组子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,且研究组子宫动脉血流参数低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组子宫内膜类型以A、B型为主,对照组以B型为主,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠率、周期妊娠率分别为65.5%、35.0%,高于对照组的34.5%和16.1%(P<0.05)。结论应用温肾活血汤治疗,能明显改善子宫内膜的容受性,从而提高临床妊娠率,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Wenshen Huoxue Decoction on endometrial receptivity in PCOS patients with infertility.Methods A total of 110 PCOS patients complicated with infertility admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Xiangtan City and Women and Children′s Hospital of Hunan from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected and randomLy divided into the control group(n=55)and the study group(n=55).Patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene,while those in the study group were treated with clomiphene combined with Wenshen Huoxue Decoction.The endometrial thickness,morphology and blood flow of the two groups of patients were detected by ultrasound to observe the ability of endometrium to accept embryos,and the pregnancy rate and cycle pregnancy rate of the two groups of patients were counted.Results The endometrium thickness in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the blood flow parameters of uterine artery in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial types in the study group were mainly A type and B type,and the control group was mainly B type,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate and cycle pregnancy rate in the study group were 65.5%and 35.0%,higher than 34.5%and 16.1%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenshen Huoxue Decoction can obviously improve the endometrial receptivity,thus increasing the clinical pregnancy rate.Therefore,it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
