摘 要:为了探究金属纤维线和碳纳米薄膜两种纺织用加热材料及其所制电加热片的加热性能,采用JSM-6700F场发射扫描电子显微镜观察金属纤维线和碳纳米薄膜的外观形貌,通过可移动直流电源和红外热成像仪观察加热材料的电热升温性能,通过红外热成像仪拍摄电加热片各档的温度变化图。得出以下结论:金属纤维线和碳纳米薄膜均为电加热性能良好的材料,在一定的电压下其温度会升高,同时两种材料有各自独特的加热性能;电加热片的热成像图直观地表现出两种加热片灵敏的加热效果。这两种加热材料在电加热纺织品领域有很好的发展前景。In order to explore the heating performance of two textile heating materials of metal fiber yarns and carbon nano-films, and their electric heating sheets. JSM-6700 F field emission scanning electron microscope is used to observe the appearance and morphology of metal fiber lines and carbon nano-films. The electric heating performance of the heating material is observed through the movable DC power supply and the infrared thermal imager. The temperature change diagram of each file of the electric heating plate is taken by an infrared thermal imager. The following conclusions are drawn that both metal fiber wires and carbon nano-films are materials with good electrical heating performance, their temperature rises under a certain voltage,and the two materials have their own unique heating performance, the thermal image of the electric heating sheet intuitively shows the sensitive heating effect of the two heating sheets. These two heating materials have good development prospects in the field of electric heating textiles.
