摘 要:针对现有双角度定量调整机构调整精度低、操作复杂的现状,该文基于坐标变换准则提出了一种双角度定量调整机构建模方法。以该方法为依据,对双圆盘覆土器张角和倾角定量调整机构展开设计,通过调整螺栓对绕调整轴的卡孔在初始和调整后两个状态的位置进行定位,以实现张角和倾角的定量调整。通过CATIA软件对所设计的机构进行三维建模以验证机构的调整精度,结果显示张角和倾角调整后的相对误差分别为0.065%和0.01%,该结果也证实了采用本文建模方法所设计的调整机构具有调整精度高、操作简单的特点。Due to the low adjustment accuracy and complicated operation of the existing dual-angle adjustment mechanism, this paper proposes a modeling method of dual-angle quantitative adjustment mechanism based on coordinate transformation criterion. On the basis of the modeling method, an opening-angle and inclination-angle quantitative adjustment mechanism of double-disc soil covering device is built. Through adjustment card fixed on the adjustment shafts by adjustment bolt to achieve quantitative adjustment of the opening-angle and the inclination-angle, three-dimensional modeling of the designed mechanism is carried out through CATIA software. The results show that the relative errors after adjusting the opening-angle and inclination-angle are 0.065% and 0.01%, respectively, which also confirms that the adjustment mechanism designed by the modeling method has the characteristics of high adjustment accuracy and simple operation.
