摘  要:Morris水迷宫技术是神经科学领域中用来检测啮齿类动物空间认知能力的常用技术。结合脑立体定位注射和生物统计学技术,该技术可以方便地用来检测干扰因素对动物海马相关的空间学习与记忆能力的影响;结合相关科研成果和本科教学的需要,设计并开发了"水迷宫技术检测UCHL1对小鼠空间认知功能力的影响"的虚拟仿真实验教学资源,解决了脑立体定位注射技术和水迷宫技术因实验周期长、对实验场所要求高、操作难度大而难以在本科实验教学中推广的问题,有助于本科创新人才的培养。Morris water maze system is a common technology used in the field of neuroscience to detect the spatial cognitive ability of rodents. Combined with stereotactic brain injection and biostatistics, it can be used to detect the effects of interference factors on hippocampal spatial learning and memory. In combination with the related scientific research results and the needs of undergraduate teaching, the virtual simulation experiment teaching resources of "Water maze technology to detect the effect of UCHL1 on the spatial cognitive function of mice" are designed and developed, which solves the problems that brain stereotactic injection technology and water maze technology are difficult to be popularized in undergraduate experimental teaching due to long experimental cycle, high requirements for experimental sites and difficult operation. This technology is conducive to the cultivation of undergraduate innovative talents.
