摘 要:近年来,高校实验室安全事故时有发生,暴露出高校在实验室安全管理方面仍然存在一定的问题。通过对2001—2018年高校实验室各类安全事故进行调研整理,分析了高校实验室安全事故发生的内在原因及事故致因机理;结合风险传导机制对高校实验室安全事故进行演化分析,深入探究高校实验室安全事故发展过程及事故风险防控;基于4R理论为高校实验室事故危机管理提供思路,从根源上减少高校实验室安全事故的发生。In recent years, university laboratory safety accidents occur from time to time, which reveals that there are still some problems in laboratory safety management. Based on the investigation of various kinds of laboratory safety accidents in colleges and universities from 2001 to 2018, this paper analyzes the internal causes of the occurrence of university laboratory safety accidents and the causative mechanism of laboratory accidents. Combined with the risk transmission mechanism, the analysis is carried out on the evolution of university laboratory safety accidents, and the development process of university laboratory safety accidents and accident risk prevention and control are deeply explored. On the basis of the 4 R theory, ideas are provided for the crisis management of university laboratory accidents, so as to reduce the occurrence of university laboratory safety accidents from the root.
