摘　　要：该文引入双重预防机制理论观点,阐明研究建立和完善实施高校实验室双重预防机制的迫切性;从风险分级管控和隐患排查治理两方面探讨建立和实施实验室双重预防机制;明确了风险分级管控4阶段和隐患排查治理3阶段,进而推进实验室管理工作重心前移,以期能够改善实验室管理现状,提高实验室安全管理水平。This paper introduces the theory of dual prevention mechanism to clarify the urgency of establishing and improving the implementation of dual prevention mechanism in university laboratories, discusses the establishment and implementation of laboratory double prevention mechanism from two aspects of risk grading control and hidden danger investigation and management, clarifies four stages of the risk management and control and three stages of hidden danger investigation and management, and then promotes the focus of laboratory safety management forward, in order to improve the status quo of laboratory management and improve the level of laboratory safety management.
