摘  要:针对高校化学实验室风险源多、人员相对集中、安全隐患多等特点,结合物联网技术,设计实现了化学实验室安全监管系统。该系统包括前端检测及自动控制部分、中间数据传输部分及后端监测控制中心,具有实验室温湿度监测联动降温、有毒有害气体监测联动新风、烟雾监测联动新风、危化品及大型仪器设备看护、突发事件应急指挥、远程巡查等功能,实现了化学实验室安全的智能管控。Aiming at the characteristics of high risk sources, relative concentration of personnel, and many hidden dangers in university chemical laboratories, combined with the Internet of Things technology, a chemical laboratory safety supervision system has been designed and implemented. This system includes front-end detection and automatic control part, intermediate data transmission part and back-end monitoring control center part. The system contains the functions including laboratory temperature and humidity monitoring linked to cooling, toxic and harmful gas monitoring linked to fresh air, smoke monitoring linked to fresh air, hazardous chemicals and large-scale equipment care, emergency command, remote inspection and other functions. The system has realized the safety intelligent management and control of the chemical laboratory.
