摘　　要：IPTV集成播控平台与传输系统采用"双认证、双计费"管理方式作为实现用户端、计费管理的重要手段之一,但一直以来,IPTV行业对此缺乏统一的相关标准和规范,带来业务发展的无序和混乱。广电总局在IPTV标准化方面已经进行了1年多的工作,IPTV系列标准将会陆续发布。本文介绍了《IPTV集成播控平台与传输系统用户"双认证、双计费"接口规范》,对其制定过程和所涉及的内容进行了说明。IPTV integrated playout management platform and transmission system adopts "double authentication and accounting" management method as one of important means to realize billing management of user end. But for a long time, IPTV industry has lacked unified related standards and specifications, which has caused disorder and chaos in business development. NRTA has been working on IPTV standardization for more than a year, and IPTV series of standards will be released one after another. This paper introduces "Specification of interfaces for user ‘double authentication and accounting’ for both IPTV integrated playout management platform and transmission system", and explains formulation process and involved content.
