摘　　要：本文介绍了舟山广播电视传媒集团基于SDI+IP混联互备框架下的全频道全高清电视播总控系统的设计背景、框架以及核心技术应用。该系统目前已顺利正式运行,为地市级台的高清化改造提供了一种新的思路。This paper introduces design background, framework and core technology application of full channels and full HD TV broadcasting control system based on SDI + IP hybrid framework of Zhoushan radio and television media group. At present, the system has been successfully put into operation, which provides a new idea for HD transformation of municipal stations.
