基于数据挖掘的阳虚体质药膳调养组方规律研究

摘　　要：目的:挖掘分析《中国药膳大辞典》中阳虚体质药膳方的组方规律。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)构建阳虚体质药膳数据库,应用频次统计、关联规则、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,分析其组方规律。结果:阳虚体质药膳数据库共涉及药膳方892个,原料448味,频次位于前五的有生姜、白酒、粳米、羊肉、枸杞子;关联规则分析得到的常用组合频次位于前三的有枸杞与白酒、生姜与羊肉、牛膝与白酒;聚类分析得到新组方12个,药膳类型以菜肴和汤羹类为主,原料以温里助阳,佐以养阴为主。结论:本研究通过数据挖掘的方式揭示了中医药膳调理阳虚体质的组方规律,总结了阳虚体质的纠偏要灵活选择膳型、阴中求阳、辨证施膳。Objective:To analyze regularities of medicinal diet recipes of Yang-deficiency constitution in Chinese Medicinal Diet Dictionary.Methods:Using data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules,and cluster analysis by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Results:The Yang-deficiency physique medicated diet database involves a total of 892 medicated diet prescriptions with 448 raw materials.The top five frequencies are:ginger,wine,japonica rice,mutton,Chinese wolfberry;The top three of frequency of common combinations obtained by association rule analysis is:Chinese wolfberry and liquor,ginger and mutton,achyranthes bidentata and liquor;cluster analysis shows 12 new recipes,the main types of medicinal diet are dishes and soups,and the raw materials are warming the interior to raise yang,supplemented by nourishing yin.Conclusion:This research reveals the prescription law of Chinese medicine diet regulate of Yang-deficiency through data mining.Concluding the rectification of Yang-deficiency constitution,which should flexibly choose the type of diet,seek Yang from Yin,and Dialectical diet.
