消风散加减联合抗组胺药治疗荨麻疹疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价消风散加减联合抗组胺药治疗荨麻疹的临床有效性及不良反应。方法:计算机检索自建库至2019年8月以来中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wan Fang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献(CBM)、Pub Med及Embase等数据库中有关于消风散加减联合抗组胺药治疗荨麻疹的RCTs,严格按照纳入和排除标准进行初复筛选,在偏倚风险评估的基础上运用Rev Man5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入分析11篇文献,共计1322例患者,Meta分析结果显示:消风散加减联合抗组胺药治疗有效率[OR=2.83,95%CI(2.11,3.80),P<0.00001]优于对照组;复发率[OR=0.17,95%CI(0.06,0.47),P=0.0007]低于单纯使用抗组胺药组;安全性[P=0.0009,OR=0.32,95%CI(0.17,0.36)]高于常规西药组。结论:比较于单纯使用抗组胺药治疗,消风散加减联合抗组胺药治疗的疗效更优,复发率更低且不良反应少,安全性高。但上述结论仍需严谨的高质量的研究来论证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effectiveness and adverse reactions of Xiaofeng Powder combined with antihistamines in the treatment of urticaria.Methods:Computer searches have been conducted on Xiaofeng Powder in databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed and Embase since the establishment of the database to August 2019.The RCTs of Xiaofeng Powder combined with antihistamines in the treatment of urticaria were screened strictly in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the RevMan 5.2 software was used for meta-analysis on the basis of the risk assessment of bias.Results:Finally,11 articles were included and analyzed,with a total of 1322 patients.The meta-analysis results showed:the effective rate of Xiaofeng Powder combined with antihistamines[OR=2.83,95%CI(2.11,3.80),P<0.00001]Better than the control group;recurrence rate[OR=0.17,95%CI(0.06,0.47),P=0.0007]lower than the antihistamine group alone;safety[P=0.0009,OR=0.32,95%CI(0.17,0.36)]is higher than the conventional western medicine group.Conclusion:Compared with the treatment with antihistamines alone,Xiaofeng Powder combined with antihistamines has better curative effect,lower recurrence rate,fewer adverse reactions,and high safety but the above conclusion still needs rigorous and high-quality research to prove it.
