摘　　要：通过整理近10年的文献资料,从病证考正、证候分布、证素组合等文献研究领域,及基因组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学等基础研究领域和临床研究领域三个方面系统探讨了肺系病证候学研究进展,提出了文献研究缺乏动态性、、基础研究分析不够及临床研究标准不一等问题,并就大数据和网络生物学等方法技术应用于肺系病证候学研究作出展望。This article is discussed the pulmonary system diseases by collecting nearly 10 years of literature,from the literature research such as test positive,disease and syndrome distribution,syndrome factor combination,and other areas of the basic research such as genomics,proteomics,metabolomics,and clinical research.It proposes that there are many problems such as insufficient quality of literature research,short of basic research and analysis,and clinical research standard.The application of big data and network biology in the study of pulmonary disease syndrome is prospected.
