摘 要:为了解新疆生产建设兵团2019年师级兽医系统实验室的检测能力和水平,科学的评价疫病诊断、预警预测和风险评估的能力,开展实验室的检测能力比对工作。2019年9月,由新疆生产建设兵团畜牧兽医工作总站组织12个师畜牧兽医工作站,开展了师级兽医系统实验室检测能力比对试验工作。比对项目包括猪瘟病毒抗体、禽流感病毒型鉴别、非洲猪瘟病毒等三项内容。比对结果显示:12个实验室中有10个实验室的比对项目全部符合,2个实验室有1个比对项目存在较大偏差。比对试验共检测样品180份,总体符合率为98.89%。参加比对试验的实验室检测能力总体较好,实验室检测质量体系稳定可靠,维持了较高检测水准。但同时也发现个别实验室存在检测样品分包编号不规范的问题,在实验室质量控制和管理方面有待改进。In order to identify the detection capabilities and levels of the division-level veterinary system laboratories in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2019,so as to more scientifically evaluate the capabilities of disease diagnosis,early warning and prediction as well as risk assessment,and to carry out a comparative analysis on the detection capacity of laboratories.In September 2019,animal husbandry and veterinary workstations in 12 Divisions were organized by Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Work Station of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to carry out the comparison test.The comparison project included three items:antibodies against swine fever virus,subtype identification of avian influenza virus,and African swine fever virus.The comparison results showed that all comparison items of 10 laboratories out of 12 laboratories were in line,and 1 comparison item of 2 laboratories had large deviations.A total of 180 samples were tested in the comparison test,and the overall coincidence rate was 98.89%.The detection capabilities of the laboratories participating in the comparison test were generally good,the laboratory testing quality system was stable and reliable,and the testing standards were maintained at a high level.But at the same time,it was also found that individual laboratories had problems with the subcontract numbers of test samples that were not standardized,which needed improvement in laboratory quality control and management.
