益生菌联合干扰素治疗儿童普通型手足口病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨贝德立克益生菌联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗儿童普通型手足口病的临床疗效分析。方法选取医院2016年1月—2018年12月门急诊就诊的120名普通型手足口病患儿,随机分为3组,每组40人,分为对照组、干扰素组、联合治疗组,对照组为根据病情常规对症治疗,干扰素组在常规治疗基础上应用重组人干扰素α-2b喷涂患处,联合治疗组在常规治疗基础上,口服贝德立克益生菌,联合应用重组人干扰素α-2b喷涂患处,治疗时间7 d。对比3组在治疗后退热时间、皮疹完全消退或结痂时间、治疗前后患儿白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)之间的差异。结果三组之间对比以上指标,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝德立克益生菌联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗手足口病能最大程度上改善普通型手足口病患儿临床症状及化验室指标。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bederik probiotics combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b in the treatment of children with common hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 120 children with common HFMD in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,40 in each group.They were divided into control group,interferon group and combined treatment group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment according to the condition.The interferon group was given recombinant human interferonα-2b on the basis of conventional treatment,and the combined treatment group was treated with bederik probiotics and recombinant human interferonα-2b on the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment lasted for 7 days.The time of fever abatement,the time of skin rash completely subsided or scab formation,interleukin-2(IL-2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in the above indexes among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Bederik probiotics combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b in the treatment of common HFMD can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes to the greatest extent,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
