摘  要:[目的]探索降低T两优164种子裂颖率和提高种子产量的方法,为其制种提供参考。[方法]采用两因素随机区组设计,分别研究4个制种地点、6种赤霉素(GA_(3))用量、4种MgSO_(4)用量对T两优164种子裂颖率和种子产量的影响。[结果]不同制种地点和GA_(3)用量、不同制种地点和MgSO_(4)用量对T两优164种子裂颖率和种子产量均有极显著影响。在三亚与建宁两地制种且GA_(3)用量为360 g·hm^(-2)时,种子裂颖率较低,种子产量较高,其中以建宁制种点的种子产量最高。在三亚制种且MgSO_(4)用量为1 500 g·hm^(-2)时,种子裂颖率最低;在建宁制种且MgSO_(4)用量为1 500 g·hm^(-2)时,种子产量最高。[结论]T两优164最适合的制种地点、GA_(3)用量和MgSO_(4)用量分别为建宁、360 g·hm^(-2)和1 500 g·hm^(-2)。[Purpose]To explore the method of reducing glume cracking rate and increasing seed yield of TLiangyou 164 for seed production,and to provide a reference for seed production.[Method]TLiangyou 164 rice grown at 4 seed production fields were applied with 6 dosages of gibberellin(GA_(3))and 4 dosages of magnesium sulphate(MgSO_(4))by two-factor randomized block design.Glume cracking rate and seed yield were measured and compared.[Result]Glume cracking rate and seed yield varied significantly among different locations,and application rates of GA_(3)and MgSO_(4).In Sanya City of Hainan Province and Jianning County of Fujian Province,glume cracking rate was relatively low and the seed yield was relatively higher when GA_(3)was applied at 360 g·hm^(-2),with the highest seed yield coming from Jianning.While in Sanya,glume cracking rate was the lowest when MgSO_(4)was applied at 1500 g·hm^(-2).In Jianning,seed yield peaked when MgSO_(4)was applied at 1500g·hm^(-2).[Conclusion]The optimal seed production site,GA_(3)application rate and MgSO_(4)application rate for TLiangyou 164 were Jianning,360 g·hm^(-2)and 1500 g·hm^(-2),respectively.
