摘　　要：目的:探讨积极心理干预联合个体化饮食指导对反复发作性口腔溃疡患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响。方法:2018年1月-2019年10月收治反复发作性口腔溃疡患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上实施积极心理干预联合个体化饮食指导。比较两组患者干预前后心理弹性及生活质量。结果:观察组干预后心理弹性各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极心理干预联合个体化饮食指导可提高反复发作性口腔溃疡患者的心理弹性及生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention combined with individualized diet guidance on psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,84 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group carried out active psychological intervention combined with individualized diet guidance on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological resilience and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:The scores of psychological resilience in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Active psychological intervention combined with individualized diet guidance can improve the psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with recurrent oral ulcer.
