中医护理在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果及心理状态分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中医护理在糖尿病周围神经病变患者的中的应用效果及心理状态。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上采用中医护理。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后心理状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后感觉传导与运动神经传导速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将中医护理实施于糖尿病周围神经病变患者中,可减轻患者不良状态,提高感觉传导和运动神经传导速度,能提升其临床效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect and psychological status of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing.The study group adopts traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological state of the study group was better than that of the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensory conduction and motor nerve conduction speeds of the study group after nursing were higher than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can reduce the patient’s unhealthy state,improve sensory conduction and motor nerve conduction speed,and improve its clinical effect.
