优质护理在妊娠期高血压综合征产妇产后大出血护理中的效果观察及对舒张压、收缩压水平影响评价

摘　　要：目的:分析将优质护理应用于妊娠期高血压综合征产妇产后大出血护理过程中的效果及对舒张压、收缩压水平的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年9月收治妊娠期高血压综合征产妇176例,随机分为两组,各88例。对照组实施常规护理;试验组实施优质护理。比较两组产妇血压水平、护理满意度及产后出血量情况。结果:试验组护理后收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产后2 h及产后2周的出血总量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠期高血压综合征产妇产后大出血的护理过程中采用优质护理措施干预,可明显提高护理满意率,有效控制产妇血压水平,减少产后出血总量。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing in the nursing process of postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension and its influence of diastolic and systolic blood pressure.Methods:From January 2019 to September 2020,176 pregnant women with PIH were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 88 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing.The experimental group carried out high-quality nursing.The blood pressure level,nursing satisfaction rate and postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total amount of bleeding of 2 hours and 2 weeks postpartum in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using high-quality nursing in the nursing process of postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension,which can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction rate,effectively control the blood pressure level,and reduce the total amount of postpartum bleeding.
