摘 要:目的:研究护理沟通应用于老年高血压患者临床护理工作中的效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治老年高血压患者122例,随机分为两组,各61例。对照组采用常规护理措施;试验组在常规护理基础上增加护理沟通。比较两组患者护理满意度、焦虑抑郁情绪及护患纠纷发生率。结果:试验组护理后焦虑抑郁情绪改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意率明显高于对照组,护患纠纷发生率则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗中对老年高血压患者实施护患沟通护理,有助于提高护理满意度,改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,并降低护患纠纷事件的发生率。Objective:To study the practical effect of nursing communication in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,122 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 61 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing measures.The experimental group used nursing communication on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression moods and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical treatment,nursing communication for elderly patients with hypertension can help to improve nursing satisfaction,improve anxiety and depression moods of patients,and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes.
