摘　　要：目的:分析多次人工流产女性的人口特征,根据结果制定有效的教育方案,进而减少人工流产次数。方法:选取2017年10月-2020年10月接受人工流产(不包括药物流产)的女性1200例,设计门诊表格病例,并由医生指导研究对象进行填写,整理、统计资料后实施分析,应用Logistic回归方程分析影响女性多次流产的因素。结果:研究对象年龄17~46岁;已婚746例,未婚454例;已产713例(59.42%),未产487例(40.58%);2次流产502例,3次379例,4次201例,4次以上118例;学历小学及以下403例,初中296例,高中315例,大学186例;工人297例,职业干部302例,服务行业374例,个体227例。经多因素分析发现,婚育情况、文化程度、职业类型、年龄均是造成多次人工流产的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:造成女性多次人工流产的因素较多,为减少多次人工流产率,应加强生殖健康的教育与宣传工作,同时设立青春期卫生教育课程,鼓励采取有效避孕方式,可适当增加避孕药、避孕套等自动销售机。Objective:To analyze the demographic characteristics of women who had underwent repeatedly abortions,and formulate effective education programs based on the results,thereby reducing the times of abortions.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2020,1200 women who underwent abortions(excluded medical abortions)were enrolled.The outpatient form case was designed,and the doctors guided the research subjects to fill in them,sorted out and analyzed the statistical data,and applied the Logistic regression equation to analyze the factors that affecting repeatedly abortions in women.Results:The subjects were 17-46 years old.746 cases were married and 454 cases were unmarried.713 cases(59.42%)had been delivered and 487 cases(40.58%)had not delivered.There were 502 miscarriages for 2 times,379 miscarriages for 3 times,201 cases for 4 times,and 118 cases for more than 4 times.403 cases of elementary school and below,296 cases of junior high school,315 cases of high school,and 186 cases of university.There were 297 cases of workers,302 cases of professional cadres,374 cases of service industries,and 227 cases of individual industries.Through multi-factor analysis,it was found that marriage and childbirth,education level,occupation type,and ages were all influencing factors that caused repeatedly abortions(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors that caused repeatedly abortions among women.In order to reduce the rate of repeatedly abortions,we should strengthen the education and publicity of reproductive health,at the same time,adolescent health education courses should be set up to encourage effective contraception,control pills,condoms and other automatic sales machine may appropriately increased.
