摘  要:建立以磁性氧化石墨烯纳米复合材料(Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-GO)为萃取剂,联合高效液相色谱法分离分析农药利谷隆的新方法。用扫描电镜、透射电镜和红外光谱等对制备的Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-GO进行表征。研究影响利谷隆萃取和洗脱的各种因素。在最佳条件下,检测方法线性范围为0.008~0.120μg mL^(-1),检出限(LOD)为0.001μg mL^(-1),相关系数为0.9993,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%(c=0.020μg mL^(-1),n=3),富集因子为14。该方法用于测定水果、蔬菜和水样中的利谷隆,回收率在92.5%~105.0%,结果令人满意。A new method of pesticide separation and analysis was established,using magnetic graphene oxide nano-composites(Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-GO)as the extraction agent,combined with high performance liquid chromatography.The prepared Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-GO is characterized by scanning electron mirrors,transmission radio mirrors,and infrared spectra,etc.Various factors affecting Ligon extraction and eluting were studied.Under optimal conditions,the detection method has a linear range of 0.008~0.120μg mL^(-1),detection limit of 0.001μg mL^(-1),square of the correlation coefficient of 0.9989 and 1.9%of relative standard deviation(c=0.020μg mL^(-1),n=3)enrichment factor of 14.The method was used to determine Ligulong in fruit,vegetables and water samples with a recovery rate of 92.5%~105.0%with satisfactory results.
