摘  要:了解大学生的营养认知、膳食营养状况和健康状况,为指导大学生进行合理饮食和提高营养健康水平提供科学依据。通过问卷调查法调查大学生营养认知、态度、行为,并采用24小时膳食回顾法分析大学生膳营养状况,综合分析大学生营养认知、膳食摄入和健康状况之间的关系。调查结果显示,大学生营养知识普遍欠缺,维生素和矿物质营养素摄入不足,膳食纤维摄入偏低、甚至严重匮乏,而饱和脂肪酸摄入过多。人体成分测定结果表明,男女生BMI指数、体脂百分数基本在正常范围内。综合分析问卷调查、膳食调查分析结果表明,应提高大学生营养知识水平,加强引导大学生养成良好的饮食习惯,改善饮食结构,加强体育锻炼,最终提高大学生身体素质。Understand the nutritional cognition, dietary nutritional status and health status of college students, and provide scientific basis for guiding college students to adopt a reasonable diet and improve their nutritional health. The questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the nutritional cognition, attitude and behavior of college students, and the 24-hour diet review method is used to analyze the dietary nutritional status of college students, and comprehensively analyze the relationship between college students’ nutritional cognition, dietary intake and health status. The survey results show that college students generally lack nutritional knowledge, inadequate intake of vitamins and mineral nutrients, low intake of dietary fiber, or even severe shortage, and excessive intake of saturated fatty acids. The results of body composition measurement show that the BMI index and body fat percentage of male and female students are basically within the normal range. Comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire survey and dietary survey analysis results show that the nutritional knowledge level of college students should be improved, strengthen the guidance of college students to develop good eating habits, improve the diet structure, strengthen physical exercise, and ultimately improve the physical fitness of college students.
