摘　　要：对蛇形管高压加热器的小径管对接焊缝进行了相控阵超声检测仿真与工艺分析,在模拟试块上对分析得到的检测工艺进行试验验证。结果表明,该检测工艺检测效果良好,为该焊缝提供了一种高效可行的超声检测方案。In this paper, phased array ultrasonic testing simulation technology was studied for the butt weld of snake tube high pressure heater small diameter pipe. The testing technology obtained by analysis was verified on the simulated test block. It has been verified that the detection process has a good detection effect, which provides an efficient and feasible ultrasonic detection scheme for the weld.
