广东省肉牛产业发展趋势分析

摘　　要：长久以来,北方地区是中国肉牛产业发展的主阵地,但长期的粗放生产使得肉牛产业一直处于低水平发展阶段,无法有效满足市场需求。发展南方草食畜牧业,拓展南方肉牛产业,不仅有助于市场需求的满足,也是推动中国实现肉牛产业转型升级的有效途径。通过对广东省肉牛产业发展现状的调研分析发现,广东省具有优越的自然条件、发达的社会经济条件、便利的区位交通以及良好的肉牛产业基础,为肉牛产业的全产业链发展提供了天然优势,但目前其肉牛产业发展层次低,存在养殖成本过高、加工环节缺失、冷链物流基础差、融资渠道不畅通等问题。针对以上问题,提出未来广东省肉牛产业发展的思路,即围绕"强基础、补短板"发力,推动一二三产业融合发展,探索广东省肉牛产业发展的有效途径。For a long time,the northern region has been the main production area of beef cattle industry development in China,but the long-term extensive production has kept the industry at a low level of development,and can’t effectively meet the market demand.The development of herbivorous animal husbandry in the Southern China and the expansion of southern beef cattle industry are not only conducive to the satisfaction of market demand,but also an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of beef cattle industry in China.Through the investigation and analysis on the development status of the beef cattle industry in Guangdong province,it was found that Guangdong province has superior natural conditions,developed social and economic conditions,convenient location transportation and a good beef cattle industry foundation,which provide natural advantages for the development of the entire industry chain of beef cattle industry.However,the current level of industrial development of beef cattle in Guangdong is low,and there are problems such as high breeding costs,lack of processing links,poor cold chain logistics foundation,and poor financing channels.In view of the above problems,the future development method of beef cattle industry in Guangdong province was put forward,which should focus on strengthening the foundation,reinforcing the short board,promoting the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and explore effective ways for the development of beef cattle industry in Guangdong province.
